Do the systems work during power outages?

What if a camera stops working after the install?
All hardware failures are covered under your warranty — 3 years on Essential, 5 years on Advanced and Complete, all covering parts and labour. Contact us and we'll schedule a repair visit. You won't pay anything for covered failures during the warranty period.
Can I add more cameras later?
Yes — every package is designed to expand. Essential supports up to 8 cameras, Advanced up to 16, Complete up to 32. We plan the initial cabling with future expansion in mind, so adding cameras is straightforward and clean.
Is there a satisfaction guarantee?
Yes — 30 days. If you're not completely satisfied for any reason, we'll come back and make it right. No questions asked. This covers everything from camera positioning to app configuration.
What ongoing support do you provide after install?
Warranty repairs are included. For questions about your system — app setup, accessing footage, adding users — we're reachable by phone, email, or WhatsApp. Complete Protection includes 2 years of priority support with faster response times.
